The Heart of the Island

The heart, the capital, the everyday common attraction of the island : Port Louis. The harbor front was named after the King Louis XV. At the time, Mauritius was known as Ile de France since it was colonized by the French in 1715 after it was abandoned by the Dutch.
Anyways, that is just a little piece of history. However, that is where I grew up and was raised. I went to a kindergarten there, to a primary school as well - where I made the best memories.
