As I am progressing through life, I realised I have so much to get rid of. Ideally, I would be a minimalist. However, I was pretty much of a hoarder. I kept so much stuff and needed at least 3 trips in a car every time I was moving to a new place. So I finally started to get rid of so much clothing.
My tactic now is to only buy what I know I could wear all the time. I bought a sweater, warm enough for a chilly night ending summer and light enough use it as a layer for fall and winter. Sweaters are perfect: soft, fuzzy, warm, comforting. That's exactly what we will be using during fall and I can't wait to get cozy in it during winter. Another free pass of purchase would be a cap. Plain black baseball cap. Who does not love that? It's a staple for not only every outfit, but every season.
It's sunny, sunlight shining bright straight towards your eyes? Cover up and get your cap on.
It's windy, your hair going crazy side to side, in your face all the time? Tame them under your cap.
It's snowing, snowflakes clinging to your fresh morning washed hair getting all crispy? Keep it still and neat under your cap again!
I have multiple sweaters and one black cap. And if I had to travel anywhere, those would be one of the first things I would put in my suitcase!
